we had feared that James and William had missed out on school photographs this year, as it happens. the school, for some reason, held the picture taking quite "by surprise" on the day we went off on holiday to Sun City in August! they also held it on the day before a public holiday, for which a number of people had opted to take an extra long weekend. under those circumstances, then, i am delighted to report that they held a second session of pictures, and we got some of the boys!
here we go with James, then!
hard to tell which he is the most impressed with, the gap in his teeth or the skateboard he has been given to pose with! i suspect it would have been quite some work to get the skateboard back off of him!
William seems to quite like the idea of posing for pictures!
what a lovely image! i see he has his "i am mostly innocent of whatever it is you think i may have done" look on for it!
we also asked for a picture of the two of them together, and i am happy to say that we got it!
apparently they found it "difficult" to get the two of them to be looking in more or less the same direction. tell me about it! regular readers of this blog shall know it is rather rare for them to both pose in the same direction at the same time!
