with regards to my bonnet, it's actually one of the few undamaged parts of my beloved 13/14-ish year old car, mostly as the boys prefer climbing on the boot to have a go at the aerial. i can only guess the appearance is due to it being rainy, my wipers not being as good as they could, my window not being as clean as it could and the low resolution of a low quality BlueBerry entry level phone camera.
