well, as if you didn't know, there's been masses of snow in England today! my dear Uncle Trevor has kindly sent some pics of my old home village along. alas, for some reason, they are rather small in size - hope they are slightly visible!
first up is the old school house, home to Grandma & Grandad Harland for many a year, and my home for a good amount of time too.
next is "somewhere in Ayton"......
and finally, the Church, always proud and majestic, even with the layer of snow across it!
thanks for sending the pics along Trevor, a most valiant effort! i must admit i partially miss walking upon the snow, but mostly i am rather glad to be in warmer places!!!
