swing the mood

howdy pop pickers

it is the case that for some reason one or two of you are always curious as to what vibes might be going down on my stereo equipment. and why not, look you see. whilst some might see this as an intrusion on my private grooving, it is seldom i have something to hide in terms of music.

so, anyway, with respect to what i am listening to (not all the time, but frequently) at the moment, here you go. have a look.

to be honest the clarity of Commodore 64 mode images makes this sentence quite unnecessary, but just to confirm, yes, that is indeed, or of course, In The Lounge With Andy Williams. it is a compilation of 25 songs (it says here "for swingers") by, should you have missed that part, Andy Williams.

yes, that Andy Williams. the singer. one of the bestest ever ways i have described him is as being "like Matt Monro for sex people", hence the saucy and provocative name and artwork for this particular CD.

provenance of this CD? i picked it up at Poundland, for all of £1. it is, to me, priceless though. well smart are the tunes on it.

right there above is a picture, or image, of the tracklisting. this is ostensibly for those of you who like that sort of thing, or are just interested. absolutely yes, is the answer, to any question you might have, as to if you should buy it, especially at that price. no is the other answer if you are asking as to why there were so many commas in the last sentence; i just got carried away.

would i describe myself as one of these "swinger" types the CD is ostensibly aimed at? not particularly. but, then, i have been called all sorts of things, such as "playa", "social media influencer", "baller" (whatever the hell that is) and so forth. it is entirely possible that someone has indeed referred to me as such ("swinger") and i just failed to catch it.

anyway, i suppose i really should get back to some top level grooving. or groovin', if you like styling it that way.

be excellent to each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
