yes, this indeed one of those instances where i would (or perhaps should) commence with the words nothing, really. for some reason i feel compelled, or obliged, to do regular updates here, look you see. as i am ordinary, unimportant, invisible and dull (and no one shall recall me), there is, as it happens, only a finite amount of vaguely interesting things what i can place here.
so, every now and then (not often, but still), i shall have a consideration of the internet, see if anything on there seems curious or interesting enough to place here, sharing with anyone who stops by. like, for instance, a picture of demis roussos off of Greece with a big massive burger.
predictably enough, this image was used in a magazine about burgers. strangely, or weirdly, the article itself makes no reference to demis at all. not a whisper of a suggestion as to why this image was used. my guess would be that the magazine was published in the mid to late 70s, and demis was hugely popular then, so that would be why they used it. also, smart picture.
do i like demis, or would i consider myself a fan? kind of. very much a fan of his work with Aphrodite's Child, and them incidental bits what he did for his mate Vangelis for the Blade Runner soundtrack. but i haven't explored all that much of his solo stuff. perhaps i shall. certainly it is true that i wish i could get my hair and beard to look as class as his, and indeed that i could dress as stylish as what he did.
