well, i cannot say i am the biggest game player in the world (Duke Nuke 'Em and Carmageddon were the last decent ones i really played), but with the boys i do have to be aware of the gadgets and that out there, since they are going to be asking for them. no matter how much they ask for an X Box One when the thing is available, however, are they getting one.
here are the harsh details of this magnificent new system.
the not being able to trade or swap games is causing some understandable concern amongst the more hardcore gamer out there, but for me the big worry is this not being able to disconnect the Kinect thing, whilst also requiring the internet on all the time.
this, ladies and gentlemen, is Big Brother out of 1984. basically MicroSoft will be able to see all that you are doing in your own home. no. just no.
Sony are apparently "reconsidering" some similar things to the above for their PS4 thingie. i would suggest that they do.
i don't care how good the games are on this X Box One, nothing will be worth the intrusion that MircoSoft propose. if Bill Gates is all that bothered about what i do in my house, he can ask me, not spy on me.
