it's hard to believe that there are still people out there who do not think that Terminator Salvation looks awesome. as far as i am concerned it looks like being the best of 2009, or at least the most anticipated.
the two trailers (offering less than 3 minutes of footage between them) and the astonishing animated poster (google it!) all suggest that they are on the right track to make a classic Terminator film, and the images they release all scream "cool". like these two new ones!
Christian Bale is living a charmed life, is he not? i mean, he's a great actor and everything, but how did he get so lucky as to play Patrick Bateman, Bruce Wayne / Batman and John Connor? the only things missing from his filmography at this stage are the parts of a Jedi and perhaps Bond, the latter of which you wouldn't be at all surprised to see him in within the next ten or so years.
the odd Terminator "purists" (ie picky types who just won't let themselves enjoy it) are still bemoaning the lack of Arnold in it. no one knows for certain that he isn't in it, mind - there's many reports of him being on the set, so we shall see.
never mind the moans and groans of sad cases, i hope you, like me, can't wait for this one to hit the cinema!
